Audio Cinema with Shelley Taylor Morgan
3:00PM - 4:00PM Sun
9:00PM - 10:00PM Mon

Before the movies could talk, music and the mighty Wurlitzer accompanied those flickering images flashing on the screen.

Music has always been essential to telling the story for the moving picture.

Audio Cinema will take us on a unique adventure; an exploration of the music that makes the movies.

Long before I ever thought I’d have a career in film and television, my parents introduced me to the awe and wonder of motion pictures.

So I've always loved movies, I guess you could say it’s part of my DNA.

Eventually I found my way to the performing arts.

You may remember me from General Hospital.  Or caught me on Hunter or as Barbro in The Sword & the Sorcerer.

In the 1990s, E! Entertainment Television became my home.  I hosted the network’s first ever live daily talk show, Pure Soap.

For the longest time I thought, why don’t radio stations play soundtracks?!

So I’ve created a radio program where I can share with listeners my love of “the music that makes the movies”.

And that’s Audio Cinema.

Monday evenings at 9PM and Sunday afternoons at 3.
