During our recent board meeting, we took a long, serious look at our budget (and possibly some donated donuts). Rising costs mean our 2025 budget has reached $275,000—that’s about $32 per hour to keep the magic alive. From equipment upgrades to IT infrastructure, it all adds up faster than our volunteers’ caffeine intake.
